Private villa rental in the South of France

PROPERTY SUMMARY

Spacious, secluded villa with four bedrooms, set in it's own four acres of land within a gated domain. Sleeps 8 with cots available. We are located 45 minutes west of Nice airport and 20 minutes from St. Maxime.

ACCOMODATION

GROUND FLOOR: Very large (80 sq. metres) living/dining room with central fireplace and a mixture of antique and contemporary furniture and large comfortable sofas! Sky T.V, DVD, VCR,CD and Internet connection. Five large glass sliding doors giving access to garden, swimming pool and shaded B.B.Q area.

The Kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave. Plus an adjoining pantry/laundry room. In the hall there are well stocked book cases, cloakroom and storage. This leads to two en suite double bedrooms.

BEDROOM 1: Bamboo four poster bed (5') with canopy, matching furniture and an en suite shower room and toilet. French doors lead to garden.

BEDROOM 2: Twin beds with pine chest of drawers and double wardrobe, en suite bathroom with toilet and bidet.

FIRST FLOOR

BEDROOM 3: Brass four poster double bed (5') antique pine chest of drawers and a pine double wardrobe. This room over looks the garden.

GARDEN AND POOL AREA

Our gardens surrounding the villa have a large balustraded lawn, mature trees, shrubs and roses. The poolside covered terrace has a circular teak table with lazy susan and eight comfortable, cushioned armchairs that provide perfect poolside dining for our long summer evenings. There is also a gas B.B.Q and an outside fridge to keep the wine cool!

LOCAL ACTIVITIES

Include golf, fishing, kayaking and riding. Aqualand and an adventure park at St. Maxime are popular with children of all ages. We are within easy reach of the Gorges de Verdon, the lakes, many good vineyards and of course the beaches of the Cote d'Azur. Cannes and Antibes are approx. 30 minutes on the A8 motorway. There are many good local markets, our nearest is five minutes away in le Muy (Thurs and Sun) and St. Tropez is 10 minutes ferry across the bay from St. Maxime (Tues and Sat)

SMOKING

This is our family home and we would kindly ask visitors not to smoke inside the villa.
